CCSL was formed by Darren Clarke a Mechanical and Electrical Professional with over 30 years of experience within the built environment including more than 10 years’ of operating at senior management /director level positions and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in several challenging business roles and sectors.

We offer bespoke Mechanical and Electrical services to the construction industry having gained vast experience ranging from pre-construction services to the delivery of projects and managing multidisciplinary teams, with a passion to understand and deliver stakeholder needs, coupled with the ability to establish professional and trusted relationships with staff, customers and stakeholders.
